Hand surgery is a procedure that can correct a number of different hand conditions. It can fix impairments, diseases that cause pain and things that create loss of strength, flexibility and function in the fingers and hands.

The type of procedure administered depends on what type of treatment the patient requires including skin grafting, tissue removal and microsurgery. The conditions hand surgery can assist in correcting include carpel tunnel, rheumatoid arthritis, Dupuytren’s contracture, birth defect of deformity.
