PENIS LENGTHENING

Penis enlargement surgery, also known as phalloplasty, is a procedure that enlarges the penis permanently. Penis lengthening surgical lengthens the flaccid penis, not the erect penis. On average one third of the penis is in the body, therefore lengthening is possible.

Penile lengthening is performed by cutting the suspensory ligaments at the base of the penis, which allows the penis to be brought out in a straighter length, increasing the external length. Liposuction in the pubic area exposes more of the penis previously housed in the patient’s body.

With the combination of surgery and post-operative stretching, gains of up to 6cm in length may be achieved.
